Groups not working

plz allow regular users to creat groups

 

is this problem resolved, so i can close this thread? any more problems with the groups?

 

you should give answer to that question.

 

blacki was asking to allow regular users to creat groups, he or she knows that regular accounts donâ´t have enough privileges to create a group accounts and was asking to change that fact.

 

so, is it solved? we can or can't create groups in the future?
