Prolem with log in

my issue is regarding the log in. on the place where the yellow button with ----> sign in <----- is, i have update, i have pressed it many times, but the only thing that happens is that it starts from 0% goes to 100% and no files get downloaded. i have re-installed my pc, i have tried with different browsers like mozzila/chrome/explorer but no change. i have deleted the whole game and downloaded the installer + the 6.5 gb game directly from the site. when i start the installer and it gets installed, and i open it ,it sends me to the main page where i should have the button sigh in, but instead im having the button update. this is up to my limits, i would highly appreciate it if you could help me. thank you for the spaired time on reading this post in advance, have a nice day/evening, enjoy the gamie.

please share more information about your system:

1) which windows version are you using? do you have latest windows updates?
2) which antivirus are you using?

 

1) which windows version are you using? do you have latest windows updates? - windows 7/64bit. ; have all updates, (the gae was working until the last update)
2) which antivirus are you using? - microsoft security essentials

 

some solutions that may fix your issue:

1) update your browser to the latest version.
2) clear your browser cache/settings.
3) add your lineage 2 folder to your anti-virus exception list.
4) delete system & frost folders from l2 folder then go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/ -> click the gears icon and hit fix game.
5) create a new windows user through control panel, login to that user and see if the play button appears.

 

i have similar problems when connecting via web browser. i have account linked to facebook (damn who made me do that :d ) and if i want to login i have to do this :
open site > a window with only account/pass and sign in button appears (no facebook link) > then i login my other acc (not facebook related) > then log it out > and finally i can see and use facebook connect button. i have tried to make a login in sign-in options but no luck. i am asking the moderators to tell me if there is a way for me to use my facebook email so i can login on first screen because if i try facebook email + password it says wrong username or password.
i use windows 7 x64 ie9 now because chrome is having some issues and i need my history cause my work is browser related.

 

if the password doesn't save then it may be an issue with ie9 as i told you ingame.
try to make sure though that "ask me before saving passwords" checked, it's found on: tools - internet options - content - autocomplete

then when you login click the save password option on the popup that appears.

 

all of the up-mentioned steps i have followed:
1) updated my browser to the latest version, including ....i tried with mozzila (latest),internet explorer (latest), chrome (latest)
2)cleared all, several times.
3)first added them to the exception list and after it didnt help i - turned off my anti-virus programe,and also turned off the fire-wall.
4)deleted them, followed the link and tried both ---> fix and path to files......
5) well ... after trying every single step .... the effect is the same .... and i dont understand what's happening.....cuse i also downloaded the updator from the main page ... and what i get is that it asks me to reboot my pc every time when im intalling and uninstalling it ....
