i'm having a hard time finding a mentor who understands what 24/7 means. i get that the mentor system is new here, and people don't understand how it works yet, but 24/7 has kind of a universal meaning. i've had to give three mentors penalties so far, and while i feel bad about it, i don't know how much more clear i can be with them when they take me that i'll leave if they're not on 24/7. on the ncwest servers, mentors being on 24/7 is a really common thing. as a matter of fact, unless mentors are on 24/7, most mentees won't be interested. and tbh, unless you're going to be on for your mentees 24/7, there's really no reason to even take mentees, since they'll never level up if you're not playing at the same time. i get that people don't want to leave their computers on. it's a bad system. ncsoft should've made it different. a game that runs as poorly as this one shouldn't be requiring people to stay logged-in all day. i've had one person on core tell me that computers will blow up if you leave them on that long. unfortunately, i need a mentor 24/7 since i'm in the us, and you guys in europe are asleep during my prime hours. i guess i'm just trying to figure out, is there's some cultural difference here? because in the us, lots of people leave there computers on 24/7, but from my experiences with people on core, this is very rare in europe.
