can not resolve host name

get error when loging in "can not resolve host name" i was plaing 2 accounts, 1 window of l2 just disapeared, other was ok, i tryed to relogin then error apeared, after restart of pc, can not login at all, because of this error. please help.

how long is a peice of string? :d no eta im afraid as if we give one and the problem is bigger then first thought then people will cry anyway that it takes us longer to fix then announced, we can only ask that you are patient and the team will fix it as soon as they possibly can.

2 tabs before ip, and now works...

 

it may help someone, that's what happened to me and how it was solved:

i got the problem and i was on google's dns (8.8.8.8 in dns section, ipv4 settings of my network adapter)
i switched back to my isp dns and i was able to login

 

dns-records were fixed (translated) for many isps. please (if it's possible) check eu-login without hosts file modification or google dns (google dns fixed too)
