Installing game no progress

    dear gm

    after downloading l2 on his beloved pc, it never went to install. i tried it several time. but it always go back to the main page and request to install the game, you know the procedure. (https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=225)

    download done and nothing happens. i removed cookies and i have no clue what i need to do more.

    could you or someone else advise me what to do?

    windows 7 ultimate
    service pack 1

    intel core i3 cpu, 550@ 3.20ghz 3.19ghz
    4 gm ram
