weird LAGS only on ONE account

since last week i have strange lags (even 10s delay after performing any action - moving, skills, everything) looking like 'internet lags' but they are not. these lags appears only one one account (with pa), any other account i log in is ok - no lags, no delays, any problem. lags appear during high-traffic time 16-22, my main pa account is so lagged im unable to play, and at the same time my second non-pa account character's running through aden without any problems, other non-pa accounts are ok too. i have no idea how to fix that, i wasted my money on pa and can't play...
maybe theres a problem with connection to one of the servers. are pa accounts connected through another server than normal accounts?
