BUGED NPC - for Spezion Quest

    hi ppl,
    i am trying all day to make quest for spezion- unstoppable futile effords and also the corrupted leader and the npc noeti mimilead and naomi casheron in megmeld are buged i can't open window to talk to them . there is shining flag over their heads but cannot open them please check them because i need the quest to enter spezion!
