instances and exp bonus

    hi,
    i was wondering which bonuses apply to instance xp reward(like kartia final boss i mean):

    1)premium account?
    2)blessing of light buff?
    3)vitality points?
    4)nevit's hourglass?
    5)mentor/mentee xp buff?
    6)else?

    kartia solo = nothing
    kartia group = everything
    raids = everything except vitality.

    kartia solo exp is not influenced by pa. or anything at all.
