1. soul mastery
critical strikes shall have 15/20/25/30% chance to generate additional soul - not a single soul got generated through critical strike ever since (lvls 1-77)

2. soul vortex
its power is soul dependant (consumes up to 5 souls to increase power) - according to the skill's details there's not a single word about soul dependancy. its damage is low as hell (112 power hiting mobs for 1.2k [5 souls] dmg while 102 power soul of pain makes damage of 1.4-1.8k with 5 souls)

3. soul boost
seems to be the problem with the formula of soul empowered abilities, as it happens quite often that spells with 5 souls strike for same or less damage than the spells using 1 soul.
