all time i got dc on kartia group when use soe/pr

 

it's usual to happens with some of my party members, too

can you provide any message you get when you get disconnected. is it en error or simple message: "you have been disconnected" ?

 

you have been disconected

 

pr = black screen
then if you try click on game window you get the application not responding message.
after 2,3 minutes the game returns with the message "you have been disconnected".
i think that during the black screen the application looses the link to server, the question is why we got black screen 2,3 minutes after pr from kartia.

 

yea sounds like a frost kick because of the length of time the screen is taking to load, sometimes if its taking a long time frost will autokick the client. some people find it helpful to use lower details when entering/pr-ing from some instances. there could be many reasons for the long black screen but for that we would need more information from you guys about your pc specs to rule out things like graphic cards etc.
