testconnect.bat - file is supposed to work as automatic test of quality of your connection.

instruction:

1. create at your desktop folder named testconnect_eu, download archive testconnect_eu.zip, and unzip in into that folder. run testconnect_eu.bat (tracking will be carried out as well). make sure you wait till the end of processing the program, for it might take you a few minutes.
2. data will be saved into the file, situated in "log" folder , attach this file to your letter;
