Everyone is getting disconnect who is playing from my country.

well, it started this monday night i have couple friends playing with me and we are getting disconnect in same time but we live in different cities. btw we are from turkey. i've called company's service but they told you dont have problem with your network and my friends tried same also and i started to think is this about your connection with turkey ?? because there is nothing left to think about it. sometimes we are getting dc in every 10-15 mins sometimes 1h it's random. as i told you all players getting disconnect in same time when it happens dunno did someone report you something about that. if someone has any idea why is this happening i'll be glad to read it thanks.

 

+1, just i got dc 5 times at 30 min's. i talked to my friends like me playing from turkey, they have same problem, sometimes less like 1 dc in 1 hour but sometimes hard like now. i have different isp's; like at home, at work, at cafe. all of them have same problem.

btw, i tried that when i get dc from game, immediately i checked browser that i could not connect the "https://eu.4game.com", but tried to connect another site; like "yahoo.com" or turkish site i can connect with no problem. so i guess there is problem with "4game - turkey" connection.

 

i have same problem as other turkish people. every five minutes i get dc. i cant play long time in-game. we use same iss other turkish ppl. i'm seeing they " game screen: juveline has logout / tant has logout ..... long list ppl name " please look what happens turkish entry ?

 

well, as my friends told; have the same problem too. i feel nervous; i got many dc when in dungeons... this mustn't be the way to play l2 with that diffidence. good works. waiting ur reply..

 

i've same problem also i'm playing with some friends and we get disconnect in same time. we cant continue to play like this hope you will find a way to solve it. dont know if you check it or not but we have it since 3 days so it's annoying cant stand like that anymore.

 

i have same problem too every 10-15 mins getting disconnet and 1-2 mins i cant enter web site this problem start 2 days ago and still continue i didnt do any instence becouse every 10 mins disconnet again other web sites work normaly my download speed normal status every pll dc same time

i am from turkey and i am getting disconnects like all other turk players. i thought it was temporary so i did not mind. later with problem still occuring, called net provider but they could not find any problem. it is happening since 3 day and cp mates, clannies getting annoyed from my problem coz i play healer and i get dc all the time. please find solution for our disconnect issues coz our free days are limited://. something was changed at monday that affected turkey connection.

ye you cant help. mb check what you changed at monday to make all turk players get dc? do you want us copy/paste traceroutes here?.

 

ideally you would want to run the trace from when you press play until just after you are disconnected so that all the relevant data is collected to pinpoint the problem.
