Paysafe error and support

    i tried several times to complete a payment through paysafe but i got a message that either i should refresh my browser or contact support. i tried to contact support through the link at the bottow of launch site but i got the same message! i am using g.chrome but i did it on firefox and same thing.... it also says that there is no commission for paysafe maybe you can check this too?
