Cant start the game.

hello.
i cant start the game from the browser because when i login i get info that i should choose my country.
when i click the button choose your country i get another error.
"dear friend,
we are very sorry but an error has occurred while processing your request.
please try the operation again by refreshing your browser. if your attempt
is unsuccessful, let us know by contacting our support team"
when i try to refresh nothing happens, when i click "support team" i get another error that is "400 bad request"
what do i have to do to be able to play the game?
i would really appreciate some help.
