    hi everyone,
    when i try to get a premium account, after i choose the € i want to add, i get this message :
    " dear friend,
    we are very sorry but an error has occurred while processing your request.
    please try the operation again by refreshing your browser. if your attempt
    is unsuccessful, let us know by contacting our support team "
