    to napisz ticket do gm, ze screenami ale dłuższymi niż 2 minuty, włącz program na 20-30 minut, screen i załącz do ticket'a,
    ja też miałem lagi ale wysłałem ticket ze screenami i lagów nie mam, i też umieszczałem screeny na forum ale to nic nie daje bo gm tu nie zagląda,

    ja pisałem do działu: "i can play but i have a problem… > i’m experiencing a technical issue (lags/crashes/disconnects)"
    uruchom pingplotter na 20-30 minut i wysyłanie pakietów daj najmniejsze jakie nie blokuje firewall, później załącz screen i wyślij ticket,
    tutaj masz to co mi gm napisał, "and we would like to send us one more file.
    a. download pingplotter tool at http://www.pingplotter.com/. install and run this tool.
    b. in the ‘trace interval’ set 1 seconds – the program will get information every second. in the ‘sample to include’ set 30 - results output for 30 minutes.
    c. type 'geo.l2.eu' in the 'address to trace' field and click start button. let winmtr work for 20 minutes at least and click stop.
    d. in the file menu select ‘save sample set', save received data.
    p.s. pingplotter is free of charge for 30 days."

    hello manitouu,

    this is an english forum so please write your post in english. as it was explained. if you already made a trace log should you use the support site. you will receive next instructions regarding this issue.
