Where's my reward :(

hello, i noticed that i didnt recived reward for lvl 76 into my warehouse. after many logouts i dont have it since now. now im lvl 82 and got reward for 80lvl, but 76 one is missing. could someone solve that?
im missing that:
- holy stone +150 x1
- vitality maintaining potion (30 minutes) x1
- vitality replenishing potion (30 minutes) x1
- nevit's hourglass 1 hour 76-79 x3
- accessory pack (s80-grade) 90-day x1
- armor pack (s80-grade) 90-day x1
- weapon pack (s80-grade) 90-day x1
- minion coupon 5 hours x1
- heavenly cocktail x4

one of the following mounts (30-day use time):
- steam beetle
- light purple-maned horse
- jet bike
- gold maned lion
