Epic jewls Gift

i get lvl 86 in my char and i think this is the lvl that the gifts of epic jewls come in wh...but one day passed and i dont have them in inventory..anyone knows what happen??or i must wait more days for this?

forget it man. there is big fail in the evolutionary road system and the way the items are received (in the warehouse )as you progress with the lvls. i had even bigger problem and cant get anything but b grade and had to lvl up to 86 lvl with b grade only.
gm's cant help you until the next maintenance which is after 10 days lol

as it was explained several times in the past, all you need to do is to write a ticket here and explain you didnt get reward from evolutionary road

if you logged out for 10-15min and the reward is still missing, please contact support -> link here

 

writing this ticket just put you wanting on the line for who knows how long time.
and after 2 days you most probably receive unclear answer like this:

i know many ppl who obtain correctly items of evolucionarity road...
anyway, if you have to wait then wait; most of us go to lvl 95 w/o help of mentoring system or evolucionarity road and now i see lot of ppl complaining and complaining... if u have to wait then wait or buy set, as most of us do

 

yes i logout couple time in last 2 days and nothing.

complaining? just bought pa and now i'm stucked in place cause they cant fix the problem once it for all. 2nd day wasted, yey thanks alot. and i also got the same message in my ticket. i wanna see facts too. just restart the server and add a maintenance, how hard can it be?

 

evolutionary road fails again

can you please fix this problem already? and dont asnwer me with "you should write a ticket to blabla" cause i already did that and still 2nd day now nothing happened. i just bought premium account and 2 days of it are already wasted cause u cant fix this damn problem once it for all and stop wasting ppl's money and time. just try at least restarting server and add a maintenance or something. c'mon! clock its ticking. people starting to lose patience, wake up and do something..

 

i have this same problem. i have 53 lvl and empty wh inv. can y try restart serwer or do this ??

unfortunately forum staff cannot deal with this issue, therefore you have to submit a ticket at the support. just to notice answer may be delivered within 24 hours. besides there is already an announcement regarding this error.

 

how hard can be buy a set?

 

dear users,

there was an announcement made here explaining that there were some temporary issues with evolutionary road which is why creating tickets on 1.1.2012 resulted in the written notice that there were currently problems with it. if after the announcement made on 2.2.2012 you still did not recieve the items then please follow the instructions given and write a ticket to support.
