im really wondering for what will be make % loss with delevel. ppl are making chars to 99 to make pvp w/o any consequences and now will be it pointless with delevel. or am wrong and on 99 this rule doesnt order? is it sure that this issue will be or its kind of joke? only i have problem with this?
new patch is fantastic i like it now ppl with 99 lvl don't stand up on pvp of iss ress haha is fantastic. first time innova make good patch to game.
im interested in the skill losing part, as of my understanding you only use the skill level (and enchantment) if you go 4 levels under the last level you learned that skill?
no need for drama about delevel. when you are 99 lvl and you die in pvp you do not loose 1% exp. you loose maybe 0.05-0.10% so if you get iss res it is no problem. or just go to clan hall with 50-70% exp restored. and at lvl 99 you will go to istina/octavis so there is your exp for pvp. and if you do delevel only problem is your r99 gear. the skills as they say will be deleted if you go to 95 lvl.
well i haven't clue how it goes on innova, but me at the naia did/do continue the xp after 99 too, so i never had issue with this. also as i saw same the situation in korea too. this will be at least some motivation to do not let fall back your character to lower level, to go out and make some dailies, what results more pvps too what is more fun too.
