    kamael feoh wizard skill expert casting (lv3) does not give 20% cooldown bonus when using light armors
    (the other bonus, 10% casting speed, works ok)

    tested with plated leather set / twilight leather set / no set -> all have same cooldowns

    are you guys going to even mention this to the developers? it is still there and still a bug yea....
