hi, i'd like to know if you are going to set up this patch "as it is" now on ncwest, cause is full of error and bug, in example othell rogue's maximum critical doesn't work at all on ncwest, as there isn't any damage increase with the passive skill,the skill lv 1 or the skill lv 2, it's like the skill has been removed instead of being set to passive skill.

nc west are not in the habit of testing something. probably, they just do a short "smoke" and install that "super patch" on live.
it will be implemented on core but without bugs (i hope) innova actually care about everything but id rather came here to share opinion about patch changes with others and allso read what you think about it. for me, i really love changes but delevel is very odd change :/ i think this will made much active 99lvl pvpers more carefull and i like when things happenm, even stupid ones this game is really fun with allthose random things/deaths/fails
well it always has 2 sides. this will be good in mass pvps where 99lvls will be actually waiting for res rather then quickly hit "to town" and despawn again.
well seems like some ppl already forgot how it was in past ; d indeed, you need to care about your % more right now. but let's say in h5 you had 85 and 0,01%, 1 death and de lvl. moreover you hadn't acces for 100% so easy like now. also grps 99 will go to soh exp a bit from time to time to keep few % for safe. iss res is 60% anyway, if you die from 2 way war atm you dont lose so much exp like you did on previous update. for example on 98 if you die from 2 way war and stand up to ch (50% res, so even lower than iss 60%) lost was 0,04 in total. what will be result? - ppl wont stand up so brainless way to town and jump again (for example parnasus, you die during bigger pvp and you simply stand up to town and come quickly or soh etc.) - high lvls will go exp from time to time - iss wont spam angelic ressurection so unless you have 100000000000000 b rezes like papa sproot had on his auto script pvp wont be so long
livindor update will bring couple of 99lvl open field farming spots (around dwarven area, cant tell names now ) so you may have right with your thoughts you will see more peoples 99lvl on open fields what for me sounds great cheers
well you will see pretty lot of them already in soh : d but ye on livindor even more places and some extra open bosses to fight for.

do u know something about healer ress, from patch notes isnt clear for me, and after i read ncwest patch notes... something about casting time isnt affected by casting speed and is 2s .. bress casting time 1s... so somebody has info how it work? how long will healer cast mass ress and normal blessed ressurection with full buff?
fixed casting speed, not affected by casting speed buff or whatsover. so : - mass resurrection : 3 secs to cast - blessed resurrection : 2 secs to cast
