    when you see text mesage:


    "your question has not yet been submitted to our staff

    read everything to the end. at the end there is something like "i am sure i want send it" cause they just want make sure there is nothnig already answered in faq. you just didnt finish your ptettion that's all. nex time read crafuly everything to end before you will start raging hard : )
