maximum critical bug

    1)maximum critical is not a passive skill like said but chance skill,
    it activates when you hit target with normal hit and appears on your buff bar,
    if you don't,you don't get any bonus from it.

    2)when it activates,
    damage bonus increases are far away from what is described.

    3)maximum critical lv 3 never trigger,is a bug or has it been removed?
