Why does the quest count number not appear?

i dunno if it's an tecnical issue or it's like this by default on the european client, but many quests, mainly the daily ones (so far till 77, dunno about 85+) do not show the count number of mobs killed or items obtained, i did initialize which didn't work, on ncwest, everything has been showing so far, reason why i find odd here it doesn't.

is this intended game feature or is this an issue? im worried it might afect once i awaken, and it would be pretty bothersome considering it's hard to keep track of how many targets one needs to complete a quest.

the counter works well. sometime it gets 'buggy' and you need to restart it!

please try it. it works for me well but i also take a look at it once ill be in-game.

will try it later and give feedback on it.

edit: i have tested various ways and it doesn't work , such as:

-abandon quest and re-take it;
-restart to character screen with quest taken with no items obtained;
-restart to character screen with quest taken + items obtained;
-restart client with quest taken + items obtained.

the counter still does not appear :s

would a client re-instal be needed?

(tested with "wonders of caring" quest, daily 75-79 on silent valey)
