    i'm trying to contact with support...just to change name from aria...it takes to long my problem isn't solved.
    in game gms have blocked pmes and mails...i don't know how to contact them now.
    support.4game.com doesn't work...illegal, private servers have better support :(

    support is working fine for me, what exactly isn't working for you? also bear in mind that it can take 24 hours for a response to tickets, this is standard practise for all support systems.
