Lag and after is block

first i don't want to see replay here about me pc or internet connection because are all 2 very good.
so i have came back to l2 after a log time. but when i enter in game, i have huge lag and if i force to move the character for same minute me character is block and i am force to re-log. the strange think is i can see all the players they can move.only me character is block.

i hope same 1 can help me.

 

well im afraid with technical issues the very basic information we would need is your pc specs so unless you are willing to provide the basic information required to start narrowing down possiblities then im afraid there isn't much we can do to help so if you would please provide your pc specs, firewall and antivirus then the technical team can start to look into where your problem may be coming from.
