    what does that stand for?

    the ultimate scourge is a skill with 2 min cooldown and blocks those 30/s (best case) hp recovery?!

    hp recovery you have naturally, which doesnt include pots or heals.

    was pretty useful vs tauti in previous update (to block his fas regen hp) but now i dont see any way to use this skill since tauti is immune for this debuff in glory days.
