Evolutionary Road , not all players recive items !

yea as title say , my gf lvl 59 don't have nothing in wh from evolutionary road ...

but on my char i recive them . and plz read that support question's !

 

im wondering for how long we need to wait so the items would be delivered to our accounts as i wait for 1 hour already and still nothing

 

i wonder how much it takes to answer one simple question , i asked for support 3 day's + ago ...

 

seems this road fked up again, just lol how mucho they fail at it :> they said at road news that suport won't be solving it wait for fix...

 

update : she recive 7 cocktail's , not that b grade set that she need thou ...

c'mon guys we w8 enough i say from thursday . at least give some compensation for our time doing nothing and w8 for u .

 

same received cocktails but no other items looking forwarding to this issue

please, stop creating new threads about the same problem.
evolutionary road was not working for almost 5 days, there are about 2k characters waiting for their rewards, which, by a weird coincidence, got multiplied (and we haven't found a proper solution for this issue yet). to sum up, this is quite a large amount of data to be processed and it will take some time before the problem is finally resolved. moreover, when your character is online, it is considered not eligible to receive the items and the system just skips it. all that results in a somewhat increased waiting period. please, be patient and do not worry about the rewards - every character will receive them.

i would like to once again repeat our request not to use the extra items you might get.

ok , we understand you , but you know , mb you can take provisional measure , like lowering price for b , a , s grade set's and ss , so we can buy them and play , don't u think , win win situation , i'm right ? till u fix this big problem . new players want to play and they don't have all week to w8 u .

or use system via dimensional , were ppl claim their item's .

god ... , make me admin and i will solve this in less than 1 min ...


ps: don't worry about extra items , worry about how you can solve this problem cause it ****s...

 

i got 4x armor s grade and 4x weapon s grade packs,but no accessory pack or shots.i logged now and s80 was there but still no shots and s76 grade accessory.i can play just fine without them but just as a report i'm posting this.

 

update : now after maintain , she only reciva items from lvl 61 , nothing from 52(40,20 missing too , except cockltails) still ...

 

seems new ppl zerg fked up servar again xd damn they should stop drinking wodka and start working... imho forget those double triple items as you as admins already failing to fix it 5days+ so it can be like compensation to these guys... or you want them to leave server >< anyway innova fails again, even if tries hard to fix it... as all knows trying is never enough, things need to be done! even if it means gm's login in and giving all chars items...

it's not r or r99 grade for god sake, for normal play you don't even need a week to reach r gr... and these guys waits already one week...

 

ok, i don't mind leaving a reply in every thread dedicated to evolutionary road, but don't you find it a bit weird?

evolutionary road is already functioning normally.
now we are completing the failed deliveries and removing extra items. these two tasks are interconnected and are being fulfilled simultaneously. unfortunately, the "win" button is currently not working and we have to process each character individually. we appreciate your patience and do not delete luxury/heavenly cocktails as a compensation for the time lost.
