it is really long thingy to translate. and it is kinda hard for someone, who never played with the russian client. they have the names of the skills translated as well and the asosiation is hard. but may be somone of the russian players would to that. and also why you want to? there is no big differences between this and http://wiki.terragamers.net/index.php?title=chapter_3:_lindvior also before we are seeing the english patches we cant know what is to come. as i saw in this press conference for the ru off: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_0bpuxrmug koreans are planning to release lindvior with all patches and fixes. so after all these patch notes as well are not the sure thingy.
when we have the final patch notes fully translated they will be released but until then you will all have to be patient im afraid regards. closing thread as question answered.
