According to the info given by the devs about the event, it should not be a part of it, but we asked about the card again and currently waiting for an answer from our partners.

 

The halloween event should not be for EU only as you said Fragola?
Yet RU got EXTRA maintance to get this event...
Why we never get extraa maintances to get events from RU?
Where is duble exp and watermelon event ?

Event ends in 1.5 days, just give it up. It's unlikely to get an answer that will satisfy you.
Tho if there is a number on this card you should call it.
