Hi mates, I installed yesterday 4games launcher, then installed Ragnarok online, Lineage 2 and RF Online. After that i close the app and shutdown my laptop. Later pick it again and run the launcher. but it doesnt start. It tries to run, but instantly close all related process. Launcher appears in my task bar and system tray while loading, even spiral animation at middle of screen, but dont reach to open the window until it close. I put a ticket, but meanwhile 4games awnser me i thinked may someone see this problem before. FYI i tried to reinstall launcher many times, reinstall windows 10, run sfc /scannow and DISM commands in CMD, run ccleaner, tried install and remove my web browser (in other threads i read something about it may affects so i tried), see the windows registry searching i don't know what, even download an app from 4games named check4game and tried to see if something isn't working, but all is correct at my sight, no errors and hosts file is empty. My windows is 10 pro 64 bit version. And my laptop specs are: Ryzen 5 3550H With Radeon Vega 8 AMD RX560X as dedicated graphics 8GB RAM 512GB Kingston SSD. Hope someone reconnice this and can help me find how to make it works. Thanks!
I have the same Problem since this morning. My Launcher didnt start up and just closed itself. I tried to start it again but it keeps closing itself within a few seconds. I uninstalled the Launcher and Ragnarok and redownloaded the launcher. Upon starting the installer for the launcher, it closes itself again in the first seconds. I was able to play normally until last night and had no issues until then.
I discovered something with an agent from support system. It's a bit strange. Taking ticket with support system through, we discover my launcher works, only in case i use another internet connection that is not from one specify provider. I can't use an especify internet provider if i want to make launcher works. Don't know if is a problem related to DNS or something about. Waiting for replies about support. For understood, the thing is like: 1. If i connect through my usual ISP (internet provider, tried from 2 diferent connections from this ISP) launcher now works sometimes. But when runs is for nothing, cause it don't recognize my installed games. Button "Find Installed Games" isn't working. 2 If i connect through another ISP (tried 2 diferents) launcher works and recognizes my games, can play normally even. Someone can tell me something about this?
To all having 4game black screen or not loading , i had this issue , still have it every time i launch it . To solve this go to C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Temp\ , change "username" to your windows login name and delete everything from that directory.
Hey mate.. I've been experiencing the same problem and luckily I found a solution that works like a charm. 1. Press the Windows Key + R and then go to %temp% directory. 2. Search for a folder called "dotnetbrowser-chromium", go ahead and delete it. 3. Now it is time to try your luck, proceed on opening the 4game launcher. Let me know if it works for you..

Hey guys, I'm late to this thread, idk if anyone is going to answer me, but I'll try. When I tried to play Ragnarok online today the 4game launcher wouldn't open, I typed my login info and it didn't sign me in. After a while I decide to uninstall both programs to install them again, so I go in control panel and notice that 4game and ragnarok don't appear at all, I have no clue why, a couple of days ago when I played everything worked fine. Then I manually search for the files of the launcher and game on the computer and delete them, thinking that if I get rid of them I might be able to install them again, after that I downloaded and ran the install application, but the loading gets stuck at 0% and a red message appeared saying ,,Registration error''. I contacted support about his and told them what happened, but they weren't very helpful, they said that I may have to reinstall my OS. Like for real? Has anyone heard about this issue?
Hi, i know that im very late to the tread but i have tried deleting "dotnetbrowser-chromium", but when i try to load the launcher i just see it pop up into the file folder, please help. Nov 15, 2020 Oh i found out how to open it, you can just run the lineageII setup and put the directory into the same file as it is now, the game will just say 100% in few secs and the launcher will launch.
I have problems with launcher, all the time says i not have internet connection when i have (just see im posting this^^), anyone have same problem?

Hi, I am not very tech savvy, and I don't understand a thing of what most people have said. I don't get a black screen, I just get a window that is completely see through before closing. The computer already realises I'm opening the launcher but then immediately closes it. I want some help, because I don't understand what the issue is. I have done everything I can. I've reinstalled it. I have used CCleaner to maybe do something. I am having no patience anymore because I've only been playing for a damn week and a half and already have this going on. This is the video that shows what the hell is going on. Anyone who has a suggestion of what the problem is?
It may be an issue with your windows configuration. The game needs to run with the highest priviledges (don't ask me why), normally it is supposed to ask you to do so if you already aren't in admin mode, but in your case it seems it didn't. Try to right-click and chose "run as administrator" from the drop-down menu, and see if it works.
Hello. I was going back form a long time to not playing L2, downloaded and instaled it yesterday and after launch the game I got a message "you have been disconected form the server, please try again later". After relogin there is a message that I'm still logged on. Next attempt says again that I have been disconected... Any suggestions with this issue? Best regards
