When i'm trying to submit a support ticket with wireshark reports (regarding oly lags) i get temporary ban (~1 hour) of 4game services. Luckily not being disconnected from the game. I suppose my submission is somehow considered as hacking attack. Is there any other way to reach support team?
Either compress the file or upload it somewhere else. I guess there is a limit for file upload (I go report this issue). Support team can only be reached that's way.
