Can't download the new application

noone expects you guys to fix the problem in 5 mins but if you know it takes time, why for christ sake do you refuse to just go back to the old updater until the new one is fixed?

i mean it's not the problem of "several people" it's a huge part of community that can't play for 3 days by now.

 

they don't care about us, it's nice financial event - you bought pa we give week off game :d it's ridiculous situation, they posted list which operating system is supported and now? epic fail but there's nothing to do except wait with huge hope that crew manage to solve this situation u know

 

its not gonna be today, i think they finished there days job today..

the most " funny " thing in that surprising update is that it deleted all my l2 folders, the game etc ... i m an hardcore gamer for 15 years now, and i didnt even think such a thing was possible .....

 

your not the only 1 i did a compleat reintsall of my pc i have a fully clean pc no l2 just a pc with factory setting because i thought its was my pc i gess wrong but its 3 days now that i cant play and iv been playing from c1 this is sad....
i hope thay fix this fast

 

i cant log in . play button is not there..wtf gms dont know what happen? and ctrl +f5 dont work!!please tell me what to do to play!

i had an answer from the support

i didnt understand everything, since i do not have any l2 files anymore.

this is :
"1. please download process explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx and install it on your computer
2. run process explorer
3. open https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
4. when you get error please do not close microsoft windows error window/message
5. switch to process explorer and find 4game-service.exe in the list
6. right click on the process and select ‘create dump’ (whichever you want)
7. then please archive this file and provide with it "

that' s what they sent me today. if someone wants to try it, good luck, it s too complicated for me .

 

i dont have l2 files anymore either and i cant dowload them iether

 

it's not a fix,it's a way for them to gather informations

 

im not getting 4game-service.exe in that "process explorer" im only seeing (4game-tray.exe) maybe because i dont have l2 files any more

 

:/ i dont find the 4game-service.exe in the list damin.

check under your current browser,4game-service.exe is listed there

 

maybe we could hear some news about situation today?

 

they write smth abaut have "atm done" but delete the post soo they still ont know and cant reair :d
its just funy simply play/download buton and take few ages to repair.
soo bether find other game here its end l2

 

rollback to the old launcher it's the solution...
