Is it really a normal thing for this server and company for support team not to answer tickets for multiple days? Considering how much money is being thrown in durings these promos, you could and should atleast be able to afford high availablity support team... Such shame
We keep working in PMs on this request, so I'm closing this thread. To the rest curious souls - the tickets are usually answered within 10 days, but the whole process may take more time, it depends on the complexity of your case.
