Problems during Frost updating

i get this error and i nearly tried everything to do already >.<
it happens for the russian l2 client (the eu one works normally) so dunno what else i can try to do to make these things work :<

game starts etc, splash screen of l2 and then "problems during frost update" but in english not russian.

any possiblity to fix?

i still get the msg "problems during frost updating" on the blue screen.

i tried to uninstall everything and downloaded only russian client + russian 4game app
i really tried every single thing there was and found omfg
smth is blocking frost on the russian client but not on the english lol

battleping solved the problem, it seems my connection cuts off somewhere on the way
