unfortunetly in the world of l2 a too nice clan leader has the same result as a trash clan leader. you're suppose to split drops and manage tens of players that spend hundreds of hours for a small amount of stuff.

one of the proprieties of a good leader is not being nice and inserting different organs into the orifices of your beloved clan members when they start going delusional. a vast and exquisite knowledge of insults also helps.

 

there is no difference between open farmer winning 99.99% of his matches and a guy with seraph jwls and 97 lvl as long as they both participate in siege - bs logics... you can see it obviously: what did we lose together with sindeya and hax? aaaa nothing... ye ok bro, maybe only ooc ppl posting here bcus they were on the other side for quite some time and they see what they can lose.
