yes server started around 1.00 am gmt. there has been some problems earlier with the website but thanks to the incredible job from innova team (they have been working for more like 22 hours) those troubles were overridden and now we enjoy a great server. to fully answer your question no lags were reported.

i entered and i had no laag at all. it is 10x better than the us version for eu players.
