hello, leveling with paladin is much easier if you play with 2handed weapon and vanguard ability on. the damage is better than archer until high levels. with novice buffs and buff from vanguard stance i have 240 crit rate and can kill a moob as fast as a nuker. also, when the moob has 30-40% hp user the attack skill to overhit and kill the moob so you get ~15% more exp (if the moob dies from skill). the best way is to play with an ee or se and make trains of 5-7 moobs and user your aoe attack skill from vanguard stance. you can kill white - yellow moobs in 2-3 skill hits with novice buffs. hope this helps.
change healer to tk or another tank - it will be much faster... until a grade i prefer a dagger - it crits like crazy (on my tk) - i did not found nice aoe spot 40-60 in a grade, frozen labirynth, 2 tanks aoe-ing - you don't even need buffs! self-buff is more than enough...
get wolf, level him till 55 on alts. buy top gear for him before for yourself. i'd use plater leather set (+4str -1con) till a grade, than nm light (fotd) - what you wear it really depends where you exp... (tallum heavy or dc robe is other option) i have a strong preferrence towards daggers... - faster mana regen...
