i just logged in (without a problem i would say) and tried to do a screenshot of my new char (because i like it). i got an error and had to close down lineage 2 client. i tried it two times. what i have to do that i would be able to do an ig screenshot?

please, reduce your graphic options and try to play.

 

i am playing just fine, i just can't push screenshot button, because than that error occurs.
and don't tell me don't do cs to solve the problem.

 

what are the rights on your screenshot folder ?
try deleting the screenshot folder, and make a repair on the website
or try to lower the quality of the output screenshot file

 

there are no screenshot folder yet. as i understand it should appear only after first screenshot was done... and i can't do it
i tried all 4 options for quality. with lower details and without it. still the same problem.
