i don't think he was talking about you. the truth is the guy on the video never got banned from ncwest (as far as we know about) and i doubt he will ever be.

 

scriptz0rs dont need enter chat, 3rd party programs do all the job for them, they need the liberty to spam chat.

well know players spend quite the amount of money at l2store, they don't ban their income. ncwest could easily thwart the bot problem and the rmt problem over there, they just don't do it because that is what brings them revenue.
innova could do the same thing as the americans do, but they do not. i don't know if it is because of ethics (giving the best and most fair product to it's customers) or if it is a marketing plan (to attract all of the legit players), but good job for them.

on ncwest maybe sometimes gms will clean up a few bots, but 99% stays alive. on shilen i even saw heroes speak openly in herovoice about xxxxxx once... or videos from a guy who kept on killing a hero who was botting and took autores every time... of course no actions were taken by ncsoft.

better to just play here :d
