Can't play

when i click play button, the frost guard start, then i have black screen, the error "can't read host name" shows, and i have "you'r loging now" and its stop. i hear music, the guards run around and nothing happen. any idea whats going on?

 

have you tried to change the graphical resolution ? sometimes if the refresh rate is too high, you will not have graphical on screen, there is a possibility to change basic relation to be sure it's not a problem of refresh rate or try to lower the resolution screen or use alt + enter to switch between full screen and windowed
