What's wrong with this game

hi,

it's the 20th time i try to download the game.
every time the download stops at 64.78% and i get a button on the screen.
only pushing this button won;t help anything.
can you please hel[ me with this problem

try to check that you have enough space on your hard drive, on the faq it is said "please be aware you need at least 16 giga of free space"

 

the amount of free disc space can't be the problem i got 158 gb free space, so it has to be something else.

 

maybe you have to wait a bit longer. it can be anything really, try changing your browser chrome/mozilla etc

 

i tried other browsers i waited 48 hours nothing helps the download stops at 64.77% and nothing happens further.

 

did you try to redownload the 4game launcher ?

reinstall 4game launcher and choose empty directory for your l2

 

format c is the solution

 

the download never stops until it finishes. you downloading via 4game launcher so ignore the percentage. it will be done, when it's done. you can check it manually by checking the size of the install folder. right click it - properties, size on disk changes every second or so.

so restart the download, and wait for it. the download is 14.5gb. so it might take a while.
