    hello . i can't log in because when i press play button
    on the website bar is loading , then some image pop up ,
    slowly dissappear and nothing happens . i have windows
    xp sp3 fully updated , newest drivers and c++ from 4game
    launcher . any ideas ?

    hello,

    if you perform a pc restart, can you enter the game ?
    make sure that frost and l2 is added to your firewall/antivirus exceptions.
    windows xp is outdated operating system, this problems only occurs on xp in the most.
