first impression: good. later: awful. just take a look what's going on. unplayable during peak hours, with the ss & regular lag in mind. obvious botters still around (even though proof has been posted over and over, aside from ingame petitions and forum reports). severe lack of communication between the staff and the players. the list could go on.
btw... may i return my donated money please? it's said that i will be able to log in even if server capacity is maximum... it looks like server doesn't has capacity or u guys in russia do not know about good hardware. i#m working all day...when i have free time i would like to enjoy the game...sadly this game just makes me angry. guys, please return money if u can't offer good game-play for the people who pay for it. the worst thing in game that support not even trying to talk with us...they not saying when this **** will be over....what are they doing to fix it... typical russian style..
fix the damn lag you got thousand of donators. and still you are not able to fix this damn lag? pathetic. how is this even possible, you got 15 russian servers, and just 2 eu and they are lagging as hell??? 15 sec delay. soulshots delay. jesusss
+1 this so called official doesnt even care about fixing the worst bugg ingame, that s ruining everything now its not only ss lag, but item lag also. took me 25 seconds to store items in wh and 20 seconds to sell an item to someboody after clicking the ok button do your job and fix the server or else im afraid it will be a big fail, though it was assumed to be a great succes
like someone said above, at the beginning i was satisfied with it, now i just wanna kick them in the nuts.
soulshot lag npc lag blessing in newbie town not working - pk'ers ****ing up new players other are good. but these 1 and 2 problems should be solved. what players pay for? /gmlist i dont see any gm online maybe 5 days in a row.. no answers in forum.. maybe do automatically restart server during night, maybe it helps a bit? if you can't solve and can't change the files/settings because of terms&conditions with ncsoft
somehow i have the same problem and i bought pa for 3 months. during the day i need to work, i bought the premium account to catch up with my buddies in the evenings but now the evenings are not playable. i feel a bit robbed, i would like to see a quik solution and a duration expansion of my premium account for the time the server is not playable. martin ingame name shadowfax

server is a total epic fail ss lag-never seen in my whole history 6 years 5 of them on nc west\-epic fail on line gms was one good thing in beginning but later they were in block mode and disappeared at all -epic fail 2 weeks of threads about problems and the answer is -we can do nothing we hope ncsoft to fix it for us but when and if not sure-epic fail mentor system not working-that is not problem of nc soft but of innova but they cannot or do not to fix it-epic fail as i started this server is epic fail from every side you look at it!
