i play wynn dual 97 + but have experience allso from pts lindvior, couple days of testin noone stand a chance when wynn with high wit wil lcrit the **** out of you :d i hardly even remember if i died once since i chained single + mass agro on those noobs with red weapons the best thing with high crit rate is looking on tanks hp when he just evaporating on hes ud its broken on the other hand, for harder aoe pve and hits on rapso go for +15 str, if you never ever pvp my wynn ****s in everything... at last i can abuse criticals from marks
till lvl 99 keep +15 str and if u are hero pretender u can switch to wit dyes, if not keep +15 str dyes. in daily there is no difference, since summoner dps is low compared to nuker, archer, dagger so better just lvl dual class which could make good pvp dmg and keep full str/dps build on wynn for instances. also +15 wit itself without oe gaiters will give 20 m.crit rate, and price for this will be like 3kkk, for same price u can try get wm active/passive buy oe gaiters and keep ur old dyes. also i don't even try make +wit-men dyes because -men= decreases mental debuff resists. so overall if u are going hero and have good gear you can go for wit dyes, otherwise it wont make difference and bonus from+15 str for dps will be higher then wit and more useful in daily.
