Party health status update!

hi, i found bug in-game, its all about party status delay.
when my friend in party have for example 50% hp and i cast heal on him, for example cast time is 1s so he should receive heal in about 1,2s, he really receive heal and getting this heal for example to 100%. but the problem is there is huge delay +1s in party health status update so its big impediment for healers.
i don't have any delays(lag) while moving hitting or casting.
my friend have same problem.
delay is about 0,5s more than on this video
