[Vista] Problem with Frost

dear players,

windows xp x64 and vista x64 (if not sp1) is not compatible with lineage ii and frost. unfortunately, the game cannot be launched in this os.
if you have vista x32 or vista x64 sp1 and the game does not launch despite all the above-mentioned measures, please contact the support team.
