damage text and Launcher!

first please fix the damage text cause doesnt work..and i think we need better launcher cause this launcher sux sometimes i can login sometimes it stucks..now i pressed play and do nothing and i pressed fix game and it stucked please do something

 

already plenty of thread for both. please use search before posting useless stuff.

 

i cant find anything! and i cant launch now !! wtf...launch from site its just fail !
