can't play....

    hello.i've got a big problem....i cannot play.the frostcollector dosnt update and i can't open the game.im playng from winxp sp3....everything was ok till 2 days ago.i've tried all the things could be possible...searched on forum for solutions,tried them all but still cant play at all.any more ideea's?ty
