1. so dex dyes does not give speed in god?
2. dyes does not affect summon?

1. dex in general does not affect speed in god.

2. dyes do not modify servitors stats until you learn "servitor share" skill, then every modification you do for your character reflect on servitor (so bow + str dyes = more p.atk on servitor).

speed is no longer affected by dexterity (dex). the base speed of all races has changed.
